Ham and cheese croissants are a simple and quick idea for a delicious and tender appetizer at a family reunion or event. This recipe is all the more suitable and satisfying for breakfast or to take as a snack at work or to offer to children as a package.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius.

In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt, the yeast dissolved in water and an egg. Homogenize and add warm water, until a non-sticky and elastic dough is formed. Line a tray with flour or baking paper and place the croissants in the tray as far as it goes. Bake the dough until it is intertwined and the sheets begin to unfold. Grease each triangle with beaten egg and leave in the oven for a few more minutes.

After the croissants are ready, while they are hot, take each croissant, cut it in half, and add in their center a suitable slice / a cheese cube and a ham one. You can also fill the croissants in advance, before putting them in the oven.

5 olives stuffed with peppers

I cut the bun in half. I greased each slice with hot pepper-flavored olive oil. On one of the slices I put half of the cheese pieces, then the ham pieces, the sliced ​​pepper, the olives, the rest of the cheese, and on top I covered with the second slice of bun.
I put it in the oven for a few minutes, or more precisely until the cheese starts to melt.

Sprinkle the seeds on top. I played a little with the seeds and used a little of each. Grease even before baking the croissants.

I prepared the pizza dough with small alterations from the basic recipe used and I prepared these Pizza Cornuri. I filled them with Fluffy Cheese with Greenery- Delaco. They are also filled with other cheese variants. Ideas for fillings would be enough, but I leave it to you to choose the filling you want. For now, I came up with this option, I hope you like it. Ingredient Rock Cakes Pizza :

400 g flour
10 g of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon grated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml of warm water
75 ml oil
2-3 yolks for the dough

Ingredients for filling Cornuri Pizza :
140 g Fluffy Cheese with Greenery - Delaco
pastrama, ham, ham (thinly sliced)

Pizza Cake Preparation:

We will run each part from the outside to the inside of the circle, thus obtaining 8 beautiful Pizza croissants. Place the croissants in a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them on top with egg yolk in which we will put a little salt and then put the tray in the preheated oven. Keep the croissants in the oven until lightly browned on top.
You will get the fluffiest Pizza croissants.
